Can I pursue other occupations alongside the traineeship (e.g. a university degree)?

We do require students to be present at DW for the whole traineeship and do not offer special arrangements for situations that would collide with this general policy that applies to all trainees here.

The DW traineeship is a full-time job and therefore has an intense workload. During the training, participation in the seminar modules, the internships and the internship elective are obligatory for all trainees.
